MEET OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

John & Ginny Bell

Ginny Bell: Chairlady of the Board of Directors
John Bell: Acting Treasurer and Board Member

John & Ginny Bell have worked as a team in local churches for decades.  They have

both worked with youth, puppet ministries, John doing illusions and teaching others

how to use illusions in their ministries.  They have led Mission Trips across the US and

Jamaica. John has also done missions in Romania, Belarus, and the Ukraine.  They

Served as board members for the Charles Chatman Evangelist Association. John has

served as an ordained Gospel Minister since 1981. John served as Deacon and Sunday

school teacher at the Hazelwood Baptist Church for many years. They are members of

the North County Community Church. Ginny serves as Chairlady of the Board and 

John serves as a Board Member and acting Treasurer.


Jallah F. Kollie
Executive Director & Board Member

Jallah served in various financial positions at the First Baptist Church, Oldest Congo Town, 

Liberia, including financial secretary, business manager and treasurer, before immigrating to the 

United States of America. He became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2019. He presently serves as a 

deacon at Hazelwood Baptist Church and previously served as a custodian and member of the 

personnel committee. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Kebeh Kollie for almost 22 years 

and they are blessed with 4 kids. He is predeceased by his middle daughter, Celia Kollie. Jallah

holds the belief that all people are created equal and have meaning and purpose as God’s creation.  

Kebeh B. Kollie

Board Member

Kebeh served as usher at the First Baptist Church of Oldest Congo Town before immigrating to the 

United States of America with her family. She became a naturalized U.S citizen in 2019. She has been 

married to Jallah Kollie for nearly 22 years and they are blessed with 4 children, including Celia, who 

predeceased them. Her passion is working with people who have special needs and she believes 

every person is loved by God and can be transformed into His own purpose. youth work.

Danielle Swanner

Board Member

Danielle is a devoted homeschooling mom of five boys, with the joy of seeing three already graduated. She brings strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset that helps her notice needs and step in to meet them. Her background in event planning and customer service has equipped her with communication and people skills, allowing her to connect well with others and manage tasks efficiently. Danielle counts it a blessing to be part of the mission work in Liberia and is commited to supporting the team through her gifts of service, leadership, and hospility.

Brandon Swanner

Board Member

Brandon Swanner is a human resources director with over 17 years working in senior care. 

While his occupation focuses on seniors, he feels deeply that all people have tremendous 

worth to God. As a dedicated husband and father of five homeschooled boys, children 

hold a special place in Brandon’s heart, and he understands the treasure children are and 

the importance of education. Having visited Liberia and the site of the school with one of 

his sons, Brandon has seen firsthand the important work being done there, and he’s 

proud to be a part of the mission. He also has the privilege of worshipping with the 

Kollies at Hazelwood Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon, nursery volunteer, 

praise band member, and more.
